Nuestra Señora de la Soledad is off the beaten path.  It is a few miles off US101 and is in the middle of cabbage fields and vineyards.  The mission in these photos is a reconstruction of the original mission.  The original mission was abandoned and fell into ruins.  In the 1950s this replica was created.
